How do I Cancel Service?
You can’t, you will need to do business with us for the rest of your life! (Just kidding!!! J )
Please select the service commitment that you agreed to when you originally signed up:
Month to Month Service Commitment:
Notice of cancellation must be received "at least two weeks before the end of the month" (i.e. before the 15th) in order to cancel in the same month. If you can't give notice please understand that we must charge a $25 rush processing fee since we need to modify our route schedules and accounting system immediately.
Signed up during spring season (3 or 4 Month Service Commitment):
If you signed up around spring time and need to cancel services within the term of your service commitment there will be a $50 per month surcharge for the additional work involved with Spring Clean-up. Please understand that during the spring season our weekly rates are not designed for clients wishing short term service. Details can be found on the service agreement that you signed.
If you have fulfilled the service commitment than our standard cancellation policy applies: Notice of cancellation must be received ~"at least two weeks before the end of the month"~ (i.e. before the 15th) in order to cancel in the same month. Signed up under a 12 month service commitment to receive a great promotion:
If you signed in to a 12 month service commitment to receive a great promotion and need to cancel early there will be a early cancellation penalty. Details can be found on the service agreement that you signed.
If you have fulfilled the 12 month service commitment than our standard cancellation policy applies: Notice of cancellation must be received ~"at least two weeks before the end of the month"~ (i.e. before the 15th) in order to cancel in the same month.
